EASY DOES IT

Another lazy start to the day.  We would have loved to see more of Canada than this quirky town, but tourist trips come TO Niagara Falls, they don't emanate from here.

Probably just as well. We thought all the travel bugs had been ironed out but it required some lengthy phone calls (and all Robert's persuasive charm) to resolve them.

Right outside our window is the giant, eleven story electronic sign.  We walked over to the Casino forecourt again today and I took some photos of it from ground level.

It can display as a single or various images.  The photo below shows the change from the word CASINO to other images.

Out to one side of the Casino complex is a forecourt with those flat fountains where jets spurt from the pavement, plus brilliantly coloured flower beds and flower pots, lush lawns and of course views of the Falls

After all tomorrow's travel bugs were finally ironed out, we went for a walk mid afternoon.  Returning, I found this.  I have my very own Bistro Lounge.  This Tower Hotel is just that.  It sits on top of a high, solid, windowless tower, which I imagine has lifts inside.

So after two relaxing days, I find myself keen to be on the move again.  Historic Boston and the eastern seaboard, here we come!

  1. With all the walking you're doing you don't need exercise classes.
