BISCUITS AND GRAVY

So this is the famous BISCUITS AND GRAVY I have heard and read about.  Such a far cry from what I imagined.  Replace my image of a thin, crisp biscuit for the reality of a stodgy scone.  The gravy is a thick, pale sauce flecked through with something.  And nope, I have not tried it.
